Payment

All payments are made via Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, just click the Paypal button when you go through the checkout process and look for the link to pay with your credit card.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available.

Payment must be made within 24h of purchase, otherwise the purchase will be canceled.

Once payment is made in full and has been cleared, the product will be printed and shipped within 5 or 10 business days. 

You may be subject to import taxes or other fees prior to receiving your merchandise. These fees vary per country and are not included in the shipping charges listed. We're not responsible for these fees.

Shipping

All shipped packages are carefully wrapped to prevent any damage on the items.

We're not responsible for damages during transportation, in or out of Portugal.

The products are shipped by Registered mail with a Track number. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your purchase is on its way.

The estimated delivery time provided by the post office:

Portugal - 3 business days

European Union - 5 -10 business days

Everywhere - 10 - 30 business days

Overseas deliveries may take longer.

Any delays regarding these delivery estimates are not the responsibility of One of a Type.

Costs will be determined after your order has been placed.

Returns & Exchanges

If you feel the product you have received is not what you were expecting, we are happy to issue a return (shipping costs to be paid by the buyer) as long as it is still in it's original condition.

Before you return/exchange any items, contact us directly to make sure any questions get answered. Return items to the same address from the invoice was been provided in your order.

Not valid for the “50 Limited Edition” collections.

Return items must be shipped back to One of a Type within seven (7) days from the date the package was delivered to you. We recommend that you use an insured or registered mail service when sending items back to us as we are unable to refund for items which are not received at our premises.

As soon as we receive the product you will get back an email that the returned products have been accepted and your payment will be automatically refunded.

Privacy

By providing your personal data in our site, you consent to the collection, processing and use of this information just by One of a Type.

Provided information will only be used for transaction, shipping, and necessary notifications.

Your information will not be sold nor shared with third parties. 

Aditional Information

Because all goods are handmade, they may vary sightly on appearance or show little signs of normal handmade process.

Colors on product photos may vary slightly due to monitor colors.
